Summary:

Provide administrative support with data entry and other routine tasks.


Education, Experience, and Skills Required:

  • HS Degree or higher; all experiences will be evaluated
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Able to work in a regulated environment
  • Able to work effectively and contribute within a team
  • Able to work with computer systems
  • Able to document clearly
  • Able to communicate clearly

Essential Function:

  • Support designated individual or team with data entry and organizational tasks
  • Perform tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning of documents
  • Draft e-mails, reports, and schedule meetings
  • Coordinate catering and escort visitors throughout the facility, as needed
  • Assist with expense reports and travel accommodations
  • Perform clerical tasks to improve efficiencies
  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Other tasks as assigned
