JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary:
Provide administrative support with data entry and other routine tasks.
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
- HS Degree or higher; all experiences will be evaluated
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Able to work in a regulated environment
- Able to work effectively and contribute within a team
- Able to work with computer systems
- Able to document clearly
- Able to communicate clearly
Essential Function:
- Support designated individual or team with data entry and organizational tasks
- Perform tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning of documents
- Draft e-mails, reports, and schedule meetings
- Coordinate catering and escort visitors throughout the facility, as needed
- Assist with expense reports and travel accommodations
- Perform clerical tasks to improve efficiencies
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Other tasks as assigned
