JOB DESCRIPTION

Specific Tasks:
  • Preform individual tasks with oversight of direct reports
  • Utilize 90% of time to guide and instruct assigned team members
  • Oversee sample management tasks
  • Review, evaluate and interpret data results, write reports as appropriate
  • Train and mentor team members
  • Lead and participate in project planning and testing
  • Delegate work as appropriate to meet client deliverables
  • Oversee individual and team progress
  • Review and communicate client needs/ daily objectives with team
  • Implement strategies to achieve team goals
  • Create a collaborative environment within the team
  • Draft and present posters/ presentations
  • Maintain analytical equipment, as appropriate
  • Lead collaborations across teams, departments, and sites
  • Evaluate and establish processes to improve quality and efficiency
  • Lead site/ department / global products
  • Follow applicable SOPs, procedural documents, and regulatory requirements
  • Record tasks in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS or higher with 7+ years of experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements; GLP, GCP, 21CFR, Part 11, GDP, GMP
  • Able to independently perform complex lab work
  • Able to work effectively and contribute within a team
  • Able to work with computer systems
  • Able to document clearly
  • Able to communicate Clearly
  • Knowledge of and experience in a regulatory environment
